Enterprising Finance’s unitranche facility supports Green Park Investment Partners in their participation in Construsoft, thereby reinforcing the company’s further growth. Co-founders of Construsoft, Jan Fennema and Eric Vanmechelen, retain their current positions as CEO and CTO, respectively.

Headquartered in Zevenaar, Construsoft serves a customer base of over 2,500 clients across 30 countries, through local offices in Europe and South America. It stands as the largest value-added reseller of Tekla. Tekla enables the creation of construction models with precision and reliability crucial for flawless execution. The advanced Tekla software holds a specific focus and leading position in steel, precast concrete, and timber construction.
